I have spent 25 years specialising in Waste reform , managing environmental infrastructure, capacity building and change management programmes. I have been privileged to work at the highest levels of government in Serbia, UK and internationally for over 20 years. During my 10+ years in the Western Balkans, I have worked in 6 countries delivering capacity building programmes and training components.
I am very much still ‘hands on” at Brooks Hannas & Partnersprojects in Serbia and Albania and I am currently developing EU/IFI feasibility studies, and procurement documentation for large waste and wastewater projects.
My qualifications include a BSc in Natural Sciences (Organic and Inorganic Chemistry), an MBA and two globally recognized certifications in project management (PRINCE2 and PMBoK). I recently became an ISO 14001:2015 certified External Auditor for Environmental Management Systems.
I live in Belgrade and on weekends can be found in my workshop, hiding from my wife and 3 children.
I’m an Office Assistant in Brooks Hannas & Partners and my field of expertise is administration and finance.
I’ve mostly worked in tourism where I gained a valuable experience working with clients, hotel managers and airline companies. I’m an expert in dealing with a stressful situation and my super skill is successful trip organization that’s making everyone happy.
I hold a bachelor’s degree in international finances.

As you may have noticed, I am Norwegian, but I have lived here for more than 20 years, managing projects and programmes across the Western Balkans. I have built my experience through working on more than 100 projects and programmes in both the non-profit and private sectors, working for clients such as the Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs and SIDA. In 2012, I was commissioned to establish a new country office for IMG in Myanmar, while preparing and launching multi-million Euro EU-funded projects.
I am a development and programme manager, but my speciality lies in administrative, procurement and financial management support.
I am qualified as an Environmental Performance Review auditor and I am heading the development and implementation of our EPR product.
I spend my time building things in the workshop I share with John or building my dream cabin in the Norwegian wilderness.
My field of expertise is contract, administration and finance. I have worked with various companies providing administrative and legal assistance and gaining additional experience in procurement, contracting and funds management.
I work across all Brooks Hannas projects as contaract and procurement manager and coordinator.
I am a qualified external auditor for our environmental management system. In addition to this I run the promotion and implementation of our EPR product.
Although I hold a master’s degree in law, my true skills lie in my Jedi like ability to bring order when there is chaos all around me.
