Water Negotiations and Investment Planning Support (2021-May 2025)
BH is supporting the Albanian Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy, and Swedish Sida, to monitor the implementation of the Water Negotiations and Investment Planning Support (Water NIPS) project. Water NIPS will be developing key strategic documents for Albania’s EU accession and investment programming.
BH will provide technical assistance in the areas of Water planning, EU accession, wastewater sludge, investment planning and monitoring. We look forward to working together.
Senior Project Management, Technical Assistance - Water NIPS Project Management Support (2019-2020)
Brooks Hannas & Partners provided provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Infrastructure and Energy to develop key strategic Water Sector documents and to the Ministry and the National Water Supply, Sewerage and Waste Infrastructure Agency (AKUM) to increase their capability to implement Water Sector investment policy.
Brooks Hannas & Partners has been engaged by the Swedish EPA and Embassy of Sweden since 2017 to support the design, development and start of major projects.
The specialist experience that BH brings is being able to combine detailed water and waste technical requirements, with the EU accession process and international project procurement (PRAG, SPG etc.) and management standards. As an independent team we also can provide objective advisory assistance without conflict-of-interest issues.
