Environmental Accession Project, Phase 3

The Swedish Environmental Protection Agency (Swedish EPA) is supporting Serbia’s preparations for the upcoming EU accession through ENVAP3 (Environmental Accession Project, Phase 3).

Providing Project Management Support

Brooks Hannas & Partners provides administrative and financial management services to the Swedish EPA for the delivery of ENVAP. The support includes procurement, recruitment and contracting of the short-term expert pool, logistics and the provision of project staff including a Project Assistant and a support services Supervisor.

Administration and Contract Management

Brooks Hannas & Partners are experienced in administrating internationally funded projects in Serbia. Within ENVAP3, we provide administrative control of direct and indirect project expenses, invoicing, VAT-related management, payment of taxes, social security contributions and any other necessary administration in order to comply with Serbian national legislation.

ENVAP3 is an active and highly successful Swedish contribution. To enable it to operate in Serbia across multiple environmental sub-sectors and respond to the dynamic EU negotiations process Brooks Hannas & Partners provides financial management. From experts to field trips, Serbia to Stockholm and Brussels, Brooks Hannas & Partners are proud to provide quality assurance for local project funds. All processes are in line with Sida Procurement Guidelines (SPG) and Serbian law. Three regular external audits for year 2017, 2018 and 2019 conducted in accordance with International Standards on Auditing (ISA), have confirmed those standards are in place.
