Funded by Sweden, Supporting Albanian Negotiations in Environment, Chapter 27 (SANE 27) – phase 2 has the goal to provide technical assistance to the Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTE) for Chapter 27 screening and negotiations and to provide technical assistance to Ministry of Tourism and Environment (MTE) to identify Chapter 27 planning needs and to support the implementation of strategic planning documents.
Brooks Hannas & Partners, in consortium with MP Dooel Skopje, provides technical expertise across the project cycle.
The purpose of the Brooks Hannas & Partners contract is to:
